Everytime I go fishing or even a walk by the lake or stream, I cary a bag and pick up trash. I find lots of bait containers, fishing line, and all sorts of trash. When I get home I sort threw my bag of treasures and recycle what I can and throw away the rest.People sometimes ask me what I'm doing? I remind them that if everyone would take better care of our resorces, it would not only make our lakes and streams look better. It also saves animals, birds and fish from dieing from getting traped in plastic items, fishing line and poluting our water ways. Plus it sets an example to other fishermen. I also have started using GULP products instead of the old plastic ones that stay in our water ways for hundreds of years.
