Rod holders

(17.5 foot aluminum) i want to mount rod holders would screws work to hold them in or will i need something on the bottom of the rail as well

Hi Jay
If the screws are in somthing solid you should have no problem with the screws.If you are just going through thin aluminum try to get a peace of 3/4 plywood on the back side for the screws to go into.
