1. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the WFN Adopt an Angler contest (the "Contest") electronically and voluntarily providing your personal information (including, but not limited to e-mail address, first name, last name, phone number, television service provider (a "TSP"), city, province/state and postal code/zip code) (collectively "Registrant Information") you consent to WFN's use of the Registrant Information to administer this Contest. In addition, by opting-in online, you consent to WFN's use of your Registrant Information to contact you to promote draws, interactive features and contests similar to the Contest, promote opportunities to subscribe to WFN's newsletters, to notify you about programs and special events and automatically enter you into other WFN-sponsored draws and contests (collectively, the "Additional Uses"). Your consent to the Additional Uses may be revoked at any time (without revoking your participation in the Contest or impairing your chances of winning) by submitting your e-mail address on the �unsubscribe' page at www.wfn.tv or by writing to WFN at the address set out below.

If you choose to register by mail-in to participate in the Contest, or have not opted in to the Additional Uses, your Registrant Information will be collected and used by WFN only to administer the Contest and for notifications as set out in these Contest rules and for no other purpose, unless otherwise required by law. Your Registrant Information will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party without your prior consent.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Contest shall run from 9:00 a.m. (EST) June 15, 2009 to 11:59 p.m. (EST) July 31, 2009, inclusive (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received (or post-marked) no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on July 31, 2009 after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

3. CONTEST PARTICIPATION: By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest rules. In order to enter the Contest, and qualify for a chance to win a Prize (as defined below) you may enter in one of the following ways:

1. ONLINE: Log onto the Contest website at www.wfn.tv/adopt, click the Contest banner, complete the entry form in its entirety, and provide your choice of one of the following:
   1. VIDEO: upload a video submission of between 10 seconds and 2 minutes in length in any of the following formats: mp4/.mpeg/.mpg/.avi/.wmv/.mov. The subject of your video submission must be why you deserve to be adopted by WFN. You must include a video title, but no description or caption is required.
   2. PHOTO WITH ESSAY: Submit a photo (in JPEG format only) with a written description depicting and describing in 500 words or less why you deserve to be adopted by WFN (an "Entry Essay").
   3. WRITTEN SUBMISSION: Submit an Entry Essay.
2. MAIL-IN: send your choice of one of the following to WFN, 184 Pearl Street, Suite 302, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1L5 Attn: "WFN Adopt an Angler Contest".
1. VIDEO: send in your CD or DVD video submission between 10 seconds and 2 minutes in length in any of the following formats: mp4/.mpeg/.mpg/.avi/.wmv/.mov and under 75 MB. The subject of your video must be why you deserve to be adopted by WFN. You must include a video title, but no description or caption is required.
2. PHOTO WITH ESSAY: send in your CD with a jpeg format image or hard copy of your picture with an Entry Essay.
3. WRITTEN DESCRIPTION: send in your Entry Essay.

One (1) qualifying entry per person during the Contest Period will be accepted. If WFN suspects that an entrant has submitted more than one (1) entry, it may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries believed to have been submitted by such person.

By entering the Contest, each entrant represents that any material submitted to WFN (including without limitation, videos, pictures, captions and the Entry Essays) (collectively, the "Material") is original to him/her and that the entrant has all necessary rights in and to the Material (including, but not limited to, releases from all individuals displayed in, or making up part of, the Material) to enter the Material in the Contest. Entrants agree that the Material becomes the sole property of WFN, who shall have the right to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use the Material in whole or in part on any media whether now known or hereinafter devised in perpetuity for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reasons including, but not limited to, placement of the Material (or extracts therefrom) on third party websites. Entries that are not an original creation of the entrant, or which are illegal, defamatory or in any way obscene, all as determined solely by WFN, will be disqualified. Material shall not be returned to entrants by WFN.

4. PRIZES: All granting of Prizes is subject to Section 5, below. The Prize winners will be contacted by WFN by August 17th, 2009 and the winners will be announced on the Contest website on or before August 17th, 2009. In the event that any contacted winner fails to claim any component of a Prize, that winner's entitlement to that Prize shall expire on September 1, 2009.

If a Prize (or any component thereof) is forfeited, then such Prize will not be offered to any other entrant unless WFN decides otherwise in its sole discretion.

A) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. The Grand Prize consists of a choice of one (1) of the following all inclusive fishing trips and $500.00 US spending money: (i) fly fishing in the Queen Charlotte Islands, British Columbia, (ii) off-shore/coastal fishing in Tobago, West Indies, or (iii) Sport fishing in the Abaco's, Bahamas.

Regardless of the Grand Prize winner's choice of fishing destination, the Grand Prize includes round-trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (the "Guest") leaving from the same gateway from a Canadian or US International airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's home to the fishing destination of the Grand Prize winner's choice from the above options.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to go fly fishing in the Queen Charlotte Islands, British Columbia, the Grand Prize will include:

1. Round trip flights from Vancouver, BC to the West Coast fishing club on the Queen Charlotte Islands;
2. 5 days/4 nights accommodation at West Coast Fishing club in the "Clubhouse" Ocean view room, double occupancy;
3. All gourmet meals, on-board and in-lodge lunch, snacks and pastries, one (1) pre-dinner alcoholic drink and hors d'oeurves nightly;
4. Fully guided daily fishing excursions on a 22' Boston Whaler for Salmon/Saltwater fly fishing including 2 hours of fishing on departure day;
5. Complete fishing gear and wet weather wear;
6. Fish cleaning and packaging for travel; but does not include fishing licenses or custom processing
7. Departure days are Sunday and Thursdays; and
8. Trip is valid from June 11th, 2009 through September 10th, 2009, or, June 11th, 2010 through September 10th, 2010.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to go off-shore/coastal fishing in Tobago, West Indies, the Grand Prize will include:

1. transfer to/from StoneHaven Villas;
2. 7 nights/8 days accommodation in a private Villa for two people;
3. Complimentary Breakfast starter, basket of fresh fruit;
4. $500.00 US spending money for lunch and dinner;
5. Two, 4 hours fully guided off-shore fishing with Hard Play Fishing Charters � Tobago, which includes return transfers from StoneHaven Villas to Hard Play Fishing Charters boat on day of excursion; Fruit Juice, soft drinks and water, all fishing gear while on board;
6. Trip based on availability and valid until December 15, 2009.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to go Sport fishing in the Abaco's, Bahamas, the Grand Prize will include

1. Abaco Beach Resort Reel Candy Sport Fishing and Island Exploration Package
2. Round trip transfers to the Abaco Beach Resort at Boat Harbour, on the Abaco's Island, Bahamas
3. 4 days/3 nights oceanfront room accommodations
4. Lunch and Dinner for 3 days
5. 4 hours of: Island hopping, beach combing, snorkeling and lobstering
6. 2 hours sunset cruise � with wine and cheese
7. All gratuities and service charges
8. $200 US spending money for breakfast and lunch where not included
9. 1 full day of off shore sport fishing, fully guided aboard Reel Candy Fishing Charters which includes all bait/tackle, fishing equipment and water
10. Trip based on availability and valid until September 1, 2010

The Grand Prize winner and Guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses related to the Grand Prize, including, but without limitation, additional ground transportation, any applicable departure taxes, transportation taxes, shipping costs associated with the Grand Prize, all other taxes, travel, repatriation and health insurance (collectively, "Insurance"), personal expenses, gratuities, un-included meals, entertainment, etc. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide an accepted and valid credit card to cover incidental charges (including but not limited to: telephone charges, laundry services, room service, etc) to the hotel/Villa.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Cdn $10,000.00 and approx $8,400.00 US based on the Bank of Canada exchange rate on May 13, 2009 (based on departure from Toronto, Canada or Los Angeles California, USA).

The Grand Prize trip arrangements must be booked through WFN and must be taken as determined by WFN and the Grand Prize winner. The schedule and events relating to the Grand Prize may be altered in a commercially reasonable manner at the sole discretion of WFN and is subject to the availability of accommodations and air transportation. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable to attend (for whatever reason) on the dates upon which the Grand Prize trips are available, then he or she shall forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize and shall not receive anything (including but not limited to any cash equivalent) to compensate for such forfeiture. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been made. The Grand Prize winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and Insurance documentation before the travel date. The Guest must satisfy the conditions in clauses 6(c)(ii), 9(c) and 9(d) below to be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize.

If the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) is forfeited, then it will not be offered to any other entrant and will not be redrawn, unless WFN decides to redraw in its sole discretion.

B) SECONDARY PRIZES: Twenty-nine (29) Secondary Prizes are available to be won. Each Secondary Prize consists of a Bass Pro gift card valued at $250 CND and approx $210 US based on the Bank of Canada exchange rate on May 13, 2009.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: The selection process for the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes (collectively, the "Prizes") from the eligible entries received will be held in Toronto, Ontario on or about August 17th 2009.

Entries will be posted on the WFN website at the following address: www.wfn.tv/adopt within three (3) business days of being received by WFN. Once posted, members of the public will have the opportunity to vote for those entries which they feel are most deserving of being awarded a Prize by submitting their email address and selecting their favorite entry. Online voting will open June 15th, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. EST and on-line voting will close on July 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

The top ten (10) entries as determined by on-line voting will be forwarded to a panel of WFN celebrity judges, who will evaluate those entries based on the following criteria: (i) originality, (ii) creativity, (iii) innovativeness, and (iv) overall persuasiveness of the entry (each a "Criterion" and collectively, the "Criteria"). Each Criterion will be weighted equally. The entrant who submitted the entry determined to be the best entry as selected by the judges in accordance with the Criteria will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize. The odds of an entry being selected by the judging panel depend on the number and the caliber of entries received.

Only one (1) on-line vote per email address per twenty-four (24) hour period will be permitted. If it is discovered that a voter voted more than the permissible number of times or if there is reason to believe that the voting under this Contest has otherwise been technically manipulated (as determined by WFN in its sole discretion), all of the votes by such voter will be void and the entry for which such voter has voted may be disqualified from the Contest without notice. All decisions of WFN in regards to the foregoing shall be binding and final.

The Secondary Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1. The top nine (9) entries whose TSP is Rogers as determined by the public based on online voting will be eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
2. The top nine (9) entries whose TSP is Shaw as determined by the public based on online voting will be eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
3. The top two (2) entries whose TSP is Eastlink as determined by the public based on online voting will be eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
4. The top three (3) entries whose TSP is Charter as determined by the public based on online voting will be eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
5. The top six (6) entries whose TSP is not Rogers, Shaw, Eastlink or Charter, as determined by the public based on online voting will be eligible to win a Secondary Prize.

Within three (3) business days from the time each Prize winner is selected, the selected entrants may be notified either by: (i) an initial telephone call during regular business hours (EST) at the home telephone number or mobile number recorded at the time of entry or (ii) an email at the address provided at the time of entry. If any selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) business days from the time of initial contact, an alternative entrant may be selected in WFN's sole discretion until such time as a selected entrant satisfies the terms of this section.

The odds of being selected to win the Grand Prize or a Secondary Prize depend on the number, quality and dates of entry. Entrants who enter early have a better chance of winning because their entries will be available for on-line voting longer than entries that are received after the opening of on-line voting.

6. COMPLIANCE: Once contacted, a selected entrant must, in order to be declared eligible to receive any of the Prizes:

1. comply with all Contest rules;
2. sign WFN's standard declaration of compliance with the Contest rules, release and consent to publicity form (the "Consent"), which shall serve as the selected entrant's agreement to release and indemnify Sponsors and their respective parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies from any liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prizes. If WFN does not receive a signed Consent back from the selected entrant within five (5) days from the delivery of the Consent to the entrant, then such entrant shall forego any right or entitlement to the Prize and WFN may draw another entrant's name.
3. Canadian residents must correctly answer the time-limited mathematical skill testing question (which will be administered at a pre-arranged time with the selected entrant) without the assistance of another person or mechanical device; and
4. US residents must complete and return a Form W9 with their Consent. If WFN does not receive a completed Form W9 back from the selected entrant within five (5) days from the delivery of the Form W9 to the entrant, then such entrant shall forego any right or entitlement to a Grand Prize and/or Secondary and WFN may select another entrant.

7. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority or older within the state or province in which they reside at the time of entry. The employees of each of the Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies and members of their respective immediate families or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled are not eligible to enter this Contest.

8. COMPLETE SET OF RULES: For an additional set of these Contest rules and/or the Prize winner's names, visit www.wfn.tv/adopt after August 17, 2009 or send a written request by self-addressed, stamped envelope (ensure that sufficient postage is included) to WFN, ATTN: "WFN Adopt an Angler Contest", 184 Pearl Street, Suite 302, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1L5, or attend in person at the offices of WFN at 184 Pearl Street, Suite 302, Toronto, Ontario, between 9:00 a.m. (EST) and 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday (except holidays).

9. GENERAL RULES:

a) WFN shall not be responsible or bear any liability for: (i) late-received, lost, unintelligible/illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (ii) entries which fail to comply with these Contest rules; and (iii) any failure of the WFN website during the Contest Period, including any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material in the Contest, all of which may affect an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest.

b) WFN reserves the right to cancel or suspend any portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of WFN corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, WFN reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

c) By participating in this Contest (and, in the case of the Guest, by partaking in the Grand Prize), each Prize winner agrees that his/her name, residence, photograph, voice and/or image may be used in any and all forms of media, without any further compensation by the Sponsors and waives all rights (including moral rights) with respect to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity. Written confirmation of the foregoing in the form of the Consent referred to above must be executed by each Prize winner (and the Guest) and provided to WFN prior to such winner being declared eligible to receive a Prize.

d) Each entrant and the Guest agrees that the Sponsors and their affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives and employees and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest shall have no liability and shall be held harmless in respect of any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims, and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and liability for any physical injury, death or property damage which the entrant or his or her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason or arising out of the entrant's participation in the Contest or in connection with the acceptance or, use or misuse, of the Prize.

e) This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

f) All entries are subject to verification by WFN and WFN reserves the right to cancel and revoke any entries if they are found to be improper or if the entrant is subsequently found not to be eligible pursuant to these Contest rules.

g) In the event of unavailability of a stated Prize (or any portion thereof), WFN, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

h) The Prizes are not transferable, not refundable, not redeemable for cash, will not be extended under any circumstances and must be accepted as offered. Any unused portions of a Prize will be forfeited and will have no cash value. The Sponsors shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged, or misdirected prizes and are not liable in any manner for any deficiency in the goods purchased by the Prize winner's gift card.

i) By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest rules and the decisions of WFN in awarding the prizes, which decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants. Failure to comply with these rules may void the entrant's rights vis a vis the Prize. Interpretation of these Contest rules by WFN shall be final.

j) WFN may terminate this Contest at anytime and may amend the rules or administration of this Contest without notice in WFN's sole discretion in any commercially reasonable manner.

k) The Prize winner must be willing to accept prize delivery upon WFN's terms and designated delivery times. Shipped prizes shall not be insured and WFN shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged, or misdirected prizes. The means of delivery for all Prizes other than the Grand Prize shall be chosen in WFN's sole discretion. The Grand Prize will be available for pick up by the Grand Prize winners within sixty (60) days of the end of the Contest from the marina that sells Stratos boats selected by each Grand Prize winner. All costs associated with the pick-up of the Grand Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners.

l) In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Selected entrants may be required to provide WFN with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry.

m) The Contest shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
